1. Provide site inspection for room, condos, golf course, facilities and when necessary
2. Answer all correspondence with regard to events arrangement promptly and within 24 hours.
3. Follow up deposit and payment from organizer prior to departure.
4. Coordinate with all department concerned with regards to operational support for the events.
5. Attend Club Operation Meeting when necessary and keep regular communication with other department to discuss upcoming events.
6. Meet and Greet events organizer upon their arrival and present during the duration of the event and coordinate between the organizer and Blue Canyon
7. Ensure all requirement from group facility are well prepared and properly executed. |
